This table can bemade by any ordinary cabi-netmaker or carpenter, neat-ly upholstered in leather, atfrom thirty to forty cheaper and less elaboratetable of this pattern is thatof Dr. S. W. Francis, of New-port, R. L, shown in Fig. each top are attached twoserrated arms, by which thetops can be raised as high asthe arms will permit, beingprevented from falling by ratchets which catch under the teeth. To lowereither, it is necessary only to pull upon the handle, which is attached to acord connected with an escapement on that side. It is made to order by.
