Colic is the guide to the amount the vesicle canaccommodate. This fluid will distend the seminal vesicle, which,subsequently, discharges it into the bladder. A No. 16 Frenchcatheter introduced into the bladder will recover the stainedfluid. A solution of 5 per cent, argyrol or 1 per cent, protargolis then injected.
