The absence of corners and smallparts, it is stated, makes thorough clean-ing of the razor a simple matter, andalso makes this cleaning possible whenrunning water is not always available,since the guard may be readily detachedand both parts thoroughly wiped dryind clean. The razor, it is stated, is stropped inthe same manner as the standard typeof razors, and easily kept in good eondi-. Safege Razors lion. In extreme cases where a regularstrop is not available, it can be pre-pared, it is claimed, for satisfactory useby stropping upon the palm of the hand. PORTABLE DRILL The Black & Decker ManufacturingCompany, 105 S. Calvert St., Baltimore,have added a new size portable electricdrill to their line. This drill has, it is stated, a capacity of % of an inch insteel, weighs only twenty-seven poundsand is equipped with a iemovable No. 2Morse Taper Socket to take taper shankdrill up to % inch diameter. The drill,it is stated, has the pistol grip and trig-ger switch featured in the firms othersizes of drills. The drill measures 5% in. by 17 in. longand has, it is stated, an offset spindle 2%in. from the centre of the spindle to theedge of the frame and is also equippedwith a light weight, high-powered, series TRUCKLINE The Powersteel truckline manufac-tured by the Broderick & Bascom Rope
