Fog bow, arc-shaped light, on the antisolar point over the Norris Geyser Basin, Yellowstone , Wyoming, , North America

Fogbow (aka: white rainbows, cloudbows or ghost of a rainbow) is a faint arc of light seen in a fog on the antisolar point, opposite the sun. A fogbow is a similar phenomenon to a rainbow but it appears in fog rather than rain. The mist droplets are too small to refract light to give it colour.
