Mr. Williams died in Cleveland, August 5, 1901, at thehome of his daughter, Mrs. Julia W. Janes. He was be-loved by all who knew him, and in his death the city ofCleveland lost one of its most highly esteemed citizens. WILLARD P. TISDEL. Willard P. Tisdel was born in Lake County, Ohio, July2y, 1844, and was educated in the common schools of thatcounty, with a slight finishing at Poughkeepsie College,through a commercial course.
