19th c. hand-painted Victorian botanical illustration of Tamarind, Guava plant, American Cranberry & Pomegranate. Important economic plants. See notes

Plate 4: (15) Tamarind Plant / Tamarindus indica (16) Olive Plant / Olea europaea (17) Guava Plant / Psidium guajava (18) Great American Cranberry / Vaccinium macrocarpon (19) Pomegranate / Punica granatum - Sourced from Popular Economic Botany by Thomas Croxen Archer. Pub. Reeve & Co., London. 1858. So no longer in copyright. - Pages of book are foxed (tinted yellow-orange with age) so some desaturation has been applied and levels boosted to lighten. Patina /texture of page and paper fibre still exists should you want this rather than pure white b/ground. Bad paper stains and some printing ink blobs have been removed though there are some very minor paper flecks embedded here and there.
