Warren, Pennsylvania - The Allegheny Reservoir, which extends 25 miles behind the Kinzua Dam. Built in the 1960s by the Army Corps of Engineers for flood control, the dam flooded lands that had been granted to the Seneca Nation of Indians in a treaty signed by George Washington. The reservoir is called Lake Perfidy by the Seneca.
