The Chinese Type 054A Jiangkai II-class guided-missile frigate Yiyang is seen departing Naval Station Mayport, in Jacksonville, following a scheduled multi-day goodwill port visit. Three People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) ships arrived at the Mayport base on November 2, 2015 as part of an around-the-world deployment after completing port calls in Europe.
