The uniform of Operations SPECIALIST SEAMAN Apprentice Altilio exhibits a number of Soviet decorations and mementos, including a picture of Mikhail Gorbachov. They are souvenirs of the visit of the Aegis guided missile cruiser USS THOMAS S.
