Akira Ichida, commander, Fleet Air Wing 5, takes a tour of a P-8A Poseidon aircraft assigned to the Fighting Tigers of Patrol Squadron (VP) 8 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Patrol Squadron 8 is currently deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operations conducting missions and providing Maritime Domain Awareness to supported units throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
