An early 20th Century photograph of horse drawn vehiclea and drivers near the harbour in Cobh, County Cork, Ireland. Above them looms the still unfinished Cathedral Church of St Colman, usually known as Cobh Cathedral. The port, was called "Cove" in 1750, renamed "Queenstown" by the British in 1849 to commemorate a visit by Queen Victoria, and finally changed to Cobh, during the Irish War of Independence in 1920.
