Detroit, Michigan - Fourth grade students from a Detroit public school created a tiny outdoor library which they placed in front of the closed Richard branch of the Detroit Public Library. University of Michigan art and design students helped with the project. Funding problem have forced the closure of four Detroit Public Library branches.
