No other climbing Rose can compare with this for brilliancy of color which is maintained until the petals fall, the flowers, a vivid scarlet, are of good size, semi-double, very freely produced in clusters of from3to 20. Roserie (Red Tausendschoen). Of the same habit of growth and flowering as Tau- sendschoen, but of a deeper and more even shade of cerise-pink, or carmine. Silver Moon. Different from all other Roses, with beautiful semi-double flowers four and a half inches and over in diameter; pure white in color, petals of great substance, beautifully cupped, forming a Clematis-like flower. The large bunch of yellow stamens in the centre adds to its attractiveness. Tausendschoen. A popular variety with large flowers with wavy azalea-like petals. In color it is a most delicate shade of soft pink when first opening, changing to carmine on the reverse of petals when fully expanded. Wichuraiana (Memorial Rose). Pretty, fragrant single pure white flowers with yellow stamens followed in fall by bright red hips or berries, a good Climbing Rose where no great height is required, especially valuable where a trailing plant is desired, forming a dense mat of almost evergreen foliage.
