Morningside Park, a long-drawn and nearly unimproved publicground of 47 acres, extends from 110th Street to 123d Street, near TenthAvenue, and has a costly and far-viewing driveway. It lies on theeast, or morning, side of the ridge which separates Harlem plainsfrom the Riverside Park and Hudson River.
