ST. LOUIS (Oct. 4, 2022) Lt. Cmdr. Cory Flament, assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Mid America, speaks with local high school students during a leadership symposium, Oct. 4, 2022. The symposium focused on the 11 principles of leadership which serve as guidelines for leaders in the military. NTAG Mid America, part of Navy Recruiting Command, recruits the next generation of Navy Sailors throughout areas encompassing Missouri, Kansas, central and southern Illinois, and a portion of Kentucky.
