Romanian Special Forces rappel down rope from helicopter. NATO troops have been training in Romania for exercise Noble Jump. Over 4,000 troops from eight nations are taking part. It’s designed to test the responsiveness and readiness of the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force or VJTF. The VJTF is NATO’s spearhead force and is able to deploy within 48 hours.
