A German Maximilian armour, stage prop assembled using original breast and back plates, 16th and 20th century Distinctly curved breastplate of a fluted armour with turned-in flange and movable gussets. The upper edge struck with monk's head mark of the Munich armoury and modern inventory number. On the inside Nuremberg proof mark "N" in Gothic script inside a dotted circle.
