Soldiers with the Colombian Army visited with the South Carolina National Guard's Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART) at the South Carolina Fire Academy in Columbia, South Carolina July 20, 2017. The SC-HART Team reviewed training techniques they use to save lives, including a water litter rescue demonstration. The South Carolina National Guard and the country of Colombia have a state partnership under the National Guard Bureau that began in July 2012.
