Aquatic Plants for Aquariums. There is a rapidly growing taste for the culture of fancy fish and aquatic plants in Aquariums, and it is doubtful if anything is more fascinating to the young, as well as to the older members of the household, than to watch the development of animal and plant life in the aquaria. It is necessary to secure and maintain the proper balance between plant and animal life, as fish will not thrive unless enough plants are growing to fur- nish them with oxygen.
