FLAG RAISING AT HAMILTON, OHIO Flag day was celebrated by several hundredemployes of the Baltimore and Ohio RailroadSystem of Hamilton in the yards across fromthe depot, when a flag raising ceremony washeld and addresses were delivered by MayorC. J. Smith, who presided, Judge ClarenceMurphy and Judge E. A. Belden. Then the Star-Spangled Banner was sung,the flag was raised amid the cheers of the men,who have demonstrated their patriotism bysubscribing to approximately $15,000 in LibertyBonds and hundreds of dollars worth of ThriftStamps, besides aiding other causes which ulti-mately will help win the war. Judge Murphy in his address pointed out tothe men that they can do as much in helpingwin the war by working diligently and con-scientiously in moving supplies and material asthe men in the trenches and called upon themto do their utmost, as every minutes delaymight mean greater loss of life.
