This photograph shows the wreckage of "BIG BERTHA," a German artillery gun, in the woods near Cappy sur Somme, France. The Germans intended to use this massive gun to destroy Amiens. However, the 132nd Infantry, supported by Australian troops, successfully forced the Germans to withdraw.
