Lieutenant Erica Diamond, from the Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth, was promoted to Lieutenant Commander aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64) in-front of turret #1. The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted the promotion ceremony aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64), an Iowa-Class battleship moored permanently adjacent to the museum as a museum ship. The museum proudly hosts military ceremonies aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64) and in their gallery free of charge for area commands.
