Jack Hulbert, British actor, 1934-1935. Hulbert (1892-1978) was one of the earliest famous members of the Cambridge Footlights. He made his film acting debut in 'Elstree Calling' (1930) opposite his wife and frequent co-star Cicely Courtneidge. Taken from Meet the Film Stars, by Seton Margrave. (London, 1934-1935).
