Edison have been en-tertained. Montreat Young Adult Conference Plansfor June 29 - July Charlotte Sherrod (1), and GeorgiaPowell (r). Two young ladies who are students atthe General Assemblys Training School inRichmond, Va., are to work in AshevillePresbytery for seven weeks this summer. Mrs. L. C. Majors, Director of FieldWork, has assigned Miss Charlotte Sherrod,of LaFollette, Tenn., and Miss GeorgiaPowell, of Thomasville, Ga., to direct aseminar on Vacation Bible School Work atthe Young Peoples Conference, at Mon-treat, June 5th to 9th, and to direct threeschools each during the following six weeks. Miss Sherrod is a graduate of MaryvilleCollege and has had one year of teachingexperience before entering the TrainingSchool. Miss Powell is a graduate of AgnesScott and has had one year of office work. It is expected that these workers will beassigned to six schools on or about May of the six Churches where the schoolswill be conducted will be asked to send oneor more workers to the Young PeoplesConference at Montreat to take the spec
