SILVERDALE, Wash. (Nov. 22, 2016) – Lt. Cmdr. Jay Hyler, Transient Personnel Unit (TPU) outgoing commanding officer, enters through the sideboys at the beginning of the TPU change of command ceremony held at the Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor Chapel. Lt. Cmdr. Savanna Steffen relieved Hyler as commanding officer of TPU during the ceremony.
