ZHANJIANG, China (May 31, 2013) Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of Pacific Fleet, left, and Vice Adm. Jiang Weilie, commander of People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy's South Sea Fleet (SSF), share a light moment before a demonstration of the PLA SSF Marine Corps 1st Brigade. Haney visited Zhanjiang as part of a wider introductory visit to China to meet with PLA officials to discuss issues of mutual concern and identify areas of further cooperation and coincides with a port visit by the guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67).
