New wood stack/woodpile at back of open air woodshed. Home made saw horse for holding poles steady when cutting with bow saw. Hand axe used to split kindling. Old rounds from tree trunks used as chopping blocks. Fence posts and recycled timber stacked against wall on right. Remains of old stack of seasoned firewood on left. Stack of freshly cut and split fire wood at back of shed. Mainly Willow and cherry with some birch at top. Heart shape built free hand with rounds in centre of stack. Stripes created by differential drying and clour of species of tree.
