(March 23, 2017) Naval Aircrewman Mechanical 1st class Alex Michelen of Patrol Squadron (VP) 40 rakes wood chips on a playground during a community service event at Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor, Wash. Sailors from VP-40's Chiefs Mess and First Class Petty Officer's Association work together to build playground equipment as part of a CPO 365 team-building exercise. CPO 365 is a year-round program that prepares first class petty officers to become chiefs.
