The cone driven machine may be changed to speedbox drive, or vice versa, or a constant or variable speed motormay be added at any time after purchase without the necessityof a special base, special speed box or special shafts or gearsin the machine. SMOKEBOX BLOWER FITTING The illustration shows a locomotive blower fitting which isprovided with a llange for direct attachment to the side ofthe smokebox. It is pro\ ided with three pipe connections,.
