Islam’s holiest month of Ramadan is a period of intense prayer, dawn-to-dusk fasting and nightly feasts. Khatam Al-Quran is a ceremony normally held by Muslims towards the end of the Ramadan. The observance marks the completion of the reading the 30 chapters (Juzuk) of the Al-Quran.
