Chapel, GR 34, nr Cherrueix, Baie du Saint-Michel, Bretagne, France


Dating from 1684 after the original building, founded in 11th century, was destroyed in floods in 1630. The focus of an annual pilgrimage at the end of July. The chapel is in an elevated position on the sea dyke. The pool in the foreground is one of several that have been recently cleared and cleaned.
