020317: SAN DIEGO - Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol agents arrested a citizen they said was in possession of guns and more than 200 rounds of ammunition. Agents seized three semi-automatic handguns, one of which had a high-capacity magazine, an AR-15-style rifle, and more than 200 rounds of ammunition and multiple high-capacity magazines, several of which were loaded. The man is currently being held in Department of Homeland Security custody and faces state charges for non-compliant firearms and high-capacity magazines.
