Such double lines of fixturesare often to be found in double apartment buildings. In the larger cities such buildings are often many stories inheight, and in the towns and smaller cities double apartment build-ings of three and four stories are very common. In office buildings, also, fixtures are often so located that twoof them on the same floor, and on opposite sides of a wall or parti-tion, waste into the same stack.
