Oak Ridge, Tennessee - Anti-nuclear weapons activists marched through Oak Ridge and rallied at the gates of the Y12 nuclear weapons complex to protest plans to build a new $ billion plant to manufacture nuclear weapons. Afterwards they tied Japanese paper cranes, a symbol of peace, to the fence around the complex.
