The second group includes hard boiled candies, such as lemon drops,stick candy, fruit tablets, peanut bars, peanut brittle, glace nuts, and thelike, containing a large portion of corn syrup, and molasses candies. Marshmallows and similar candy comprise the third group, beingmade with corn syrup, corn starch, and gelatine, and only a small percent-age of sugar. They may be eaten plain, toasted, dipped in chocolate, orrolled in cocoanut.
