Parker, Mr, Lang was Organist andPianist for the Handel and Haydn Society from October 1, 1859,to 1895, thirty-six years. During this time, though called uponsuddenly in the illness of Mr. Zerrahn and on other occasions, hehad acted as conductor with most remarkable success.
