A 33-foot Defender-class crew approaches Thursday Feb. 28, 2019 to the Pelican of London a 149-foot sail vessel with 42 passengers aboard was unable to start their engines due to an electrical issue to troubleshoot the vessels batteries. Coast Guard Cutter Charles David Jr. (WPC-1107) crew was diverted by District Seventh and arrived on scene to assist the vessel.
