ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 4, 2017) Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 2nd Class William Lane, from Rutherfordton, , assigned to the “Bluetails” of Carrier Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 121, performs maintenance on a CMU-36 survival vest in the parachute rigger shop aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
