University Principal Leonid Klymenko inspects the shelling scene caused by Russian artillery strikes at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The university was struck by several Russian shelling at around 1:30 on August 16, as the mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych claimed no one was injured in the shelling. Russia's Ministry of Defense said earlier on social media that the university was a military strategic target with storage of heavy weapons.
