ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 6, 2016) The amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Patuxent (T-AO 201) to receive food and medical supplies. Mesa Verde is underway in preparation to support humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts in Haiti in response to Hurricane Matthew.
