SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 13, 2017) Airman Nusret Ahmetovic, assigned to the search and rescue team aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63), rides in a rigid-hull inflatable boat as the crew conducts small-boat operations in the South China Sea. Stethem is on patrol in the South China Sea supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
