Some of the florists report quite a busy day. Dwight Davis, park commissioner, has returned from his eastern trip, on which he combined business and pleasure. He says that work at the different parks has been hampered by the bad weat4ier and that if the proposed bond issue for park purposes is passed, his depart- ment will be in position to make great advance and place our park system on a level with those in the east. The Lady Florists' Home Circle will meet at the home of Mrs. Theodore Miller, 5886 Delmar boulevard, March 11. The Retail Florists' Association held its annual banquet at the Leadercranz club February 24 and the affair was quite enjoyable. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Windier, Mr. and Mrs. C. Bergstermann, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Bru
