Takehiko Murakami, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) surgeon general and director of medicine, for his visit to NMW regional headquarters. During the visit, Boman and Murakami discussed ongoing partnerships and medical initiatives throughout the Pacific Rim.
