Nabol>. A fine variety, shape of Kolb Gem, but different color, being mottled. Grow to weigh 50 lo 60 lbs. each, with thin firm rind. Two average-sized men have stood, bearing their whole weight on a ' Nabob' weighing 30 lbs., without cracking the rind or injuring the melon. They are of most delicious quality, sweet, luscious and melting. The Melons stand shipping a long distance. Oz., 10 cts.; ^ lb., 20 cts.; lb., 60 cts. Hoohier King'. {Siv cut.') Large, oblong shape, skin striped light and dark green. The flesh is brilliant red, very solid, sweet and luscious ; the rind is thin, but tough, making it a good variety for shipping. The beautiful markings of the 'Hoosier King,' together with desirable shape, make it attractive and salable. Oz , 10 cts.: ^ lb., 20 cts.; lb., 60 cts. TVonderflll, or Mclver Sugar. In our trials of Water- melons the ' Wonderful ' proved to be one of the sweetest of all. It not only grew to large size, but ripened up uniformly and made fine, solid melons. It originated with a melon grower in North Carolina, and is only of recent introduction outside of its native clime, but grows satisfactorily in all districts where watermelons will ripen. It is a very sweet, .solid-fleshed sort, often grows to the length, of 2 feet, and from 12 to 16 inches in diameter. The rind is marked with broad bands of yellowish green, shading to deep green
