Secretary of the Army, Honorable John M. McHugh is greeted by LTG Frank G. Helmick, USF-I, Deputy Commanding General for Operations, at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq on Sept. 13, 2011 to gain a detailed perspective on current and future ops within the Iraq Joint Operations Area.
