A Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey aircraft assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 Reinforced (VMM-164 (REIN)), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, prepares to receive fuel from a Air Force MC-130H Combat Talon II, assigned to Special Operations Command Central, during a tiltrotor air-to-air refueling over an undisclosed location, March 11, 2021. The TAAR enabled the Ospreys to operate beyond unassisted flight range in a training environment designed to evaluate long-range airfield seizure capability in a joint operation between the Marines and Air Force.
