Eric Staggs, a LAV mechanic with 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, directs an LAV-25 assigned to the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program-Norway in Trondheim, Norway, June 18, 2022. Reserve Marines from 4th MLG, 4th Marine Division, and 4th Marine Aircraft Wing combined to form the Personnel Temporary Augmentee Program Norway which provided maintenance support to the MCPP-N vehicles. Staggs is a native of Carlsbad, California and drills with 4th LAR at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.
