Part of a series of twelve plates (before the number and other paper) of the sledevaart on January 24, 1776 organized by the Leiden Society Veniam Pro Laude on the occasion of the second centenary of the Leiden relieved (3 October 1574) and the establishment of The University of Leiden (8 February 1575).
