Premier, Gordon Campbell, tests the water of Elk Lake as he awaits the arrival of the 2010 Olympic flame. Victoria City Rowing Club coach, Aalbert van Schothorst will accept the flame from a team of junior rowers. Also waiting is The Hon. Gary Lunn, Minister of State (Sport).
