Republic of Korea Minister of National Defense Song, Young-moo receives a shell casing at the United States Forces Korea Headquarters, Army Garrison Yongsan, Republic of Korea, Aug. 4. The visit was the Honorable Song’s first time to Forces Korea headquarters since taking over as the MINDEF July 14. The shell casing was from a 19-gun salute honoring the new MINDEF.
